1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Voopsik, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
- Minimum age: 16+.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not reverse-engineer protected parts of the product where prohibited by law.
4. Service changes
Voopsik is an actively developed product. Features may change, be added, or removed as the product evolves.
5. Intellectual property
Voopsik content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You keep rights to your own submitted content.
6. Termination
You may stop using Voopsik at any time. You can request account deletion in Settings. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these Terms.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
- Voopsik may offer auto-renewable weekly, monthly, and quarterly subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Billing, renewal, cancellation, payment methods, taxes, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store terms and policies.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Deleting your Voopsik account or app data does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
- Voopsik provides a restore purchases option so you can restore active store purchases where supported.
Where Apple terms apply, these Terms supplement Apple's standard licensed application end user license terms for App Store apps.
8. AI and generated content
Voopsik uses AI and speech providers to generate language-learning practice, tutor responses, explanations, feedback, speech, and related learning content. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be used as learning assistance rather than professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Voopsik is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
