Delete from Settings
In the app, open Settings and use the Delete account and data section.
What is deleted
- Account profile data
- Learning progress and saved vocabulary
- Settings linked to your account
- Optional profile photo, feedback/support messages, and tutor history linked to your account
- Owned competition room data where applicable
What is not cancelled by deletion
Deleting your Voopsik account and app data does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future subscription renewals, manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple or Google account.
Records we may need to keep
Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may keep purchase, entitlement, billing, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records as required by their policies and applicable law.
Deletion timeline
After confirmation, your account enters deletion flow. We target complete deletion within 30 days, including backup lifecycle windows.
