We collect account data, profile settings, learning progress, and usage/telemetry data needed to run and improve Voopsik.
Why we collect it
To authenticate users, save progress across sessions, provide language-learning features, and monitor reliability.
Where data is stored
Voopsik uses secure third-party infrastructure for account services, data storage, and app delivery. Data may be processed in regional or international environments operated by those providers.
AI processing
Some language features send user input to AI processing providers. This is used to generate exercises, evaluate answers, and produce tutor-style responses inside the app.
How users can delete data
You can request account deletion in app Settings. We schedule deletion and complete removal within 30 days, including backup lifecycle windows.
